PUBLIC RELATION OFFICER ( Female )


Qualification:
MBA (HR) , Good Spoken English and Writing Skills, Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving and communication skills. Candidate should have good computer knowledge

Experience:
At least 2 year in PRO / Management position in any school or organization

Job Description:
1. Interface between parents and school. Redressal of Parents' concerns, Review of work of employees. Prepare and submit PR reports, Manage PR issues.
2. Addressing Admission Enquiries, Preparing KRA’s for key positions and handling recruitment and appointments, processing resignations and liasioning with Accounts Department.

LEGAL ADVISOR


Qualification:
Graduate with a degree in Law, Strong interpersonal, organizational, problem-solving, research, and communication skills.
Recruitment can be on Full time or Part-time basis

Experience:
At least 2 years as legal advisor in any school or organization with working experience in PF, ESI, Labour Law

Job Description:
1. Provide assistance in all legal matters and advice in legal documentation, negotiations, contracts, agreements etc.
2. Renewal of Certificates.
3. Responsible for defending the rights and the legitimate interests of the party or the client he/she is working for.
4. He/She is responsible for drafting and reviewing the legal filings and drafting technically correct opinions.
5. Representing the school in Court cases.
6. Reporting of work carried out through DTRs (Daily Task Reports) and MTRs (Monthly Task Reports).

CTC : 20000 to 25000 pm



CONVEYANCE INCHARGE


Qualification:
Graduate/ Post Graduate with good interpersonal and communication skills, Good computer knowledge specifically in MSOffice.

Experience:
At least 1-2 years as Conveyance Manager in any school or organization dealing with a large fleet of Buses.

Job Description:
1. Responsible for the transportation of students to school and back home.
2. Monitor operations and assure efficient performance in compliance with the regulations, policies, guidelines, and procedures that are laid down by CBSE/ Education Department and RTO.
3. Responsible to prepare and submit all the related reports in a timely manner.
4. Responsible for the conduct and behavior of bus drivers and attendants.
5. Monitoring speed, GPS, In/Out time, etc Training of Drivers / Conductors from time to time. Maintenance of documents, Route Charts, Parents Complaint handling, Vehicle Inspection, Renewal of agreements, Vehicle and staff related documents.
6. Reporting of work carried out through DTRs (Daily Task Reports) and MTRs (Monthly Task Reports).

CTC : 20000 to 30000 pm (depending on experience and working knowledge)



MAINTENANCE INCHARGE


Qualification:
Graduate/ Post Graduate in Civil Engineering with good interpersonal skills.

Experience:
At least 2 years as Maintenance Manager in any school, organization or under any builder.

Job Description:
1. Coordinate installation, maintenance, and repair work in buildings.
2. Hire workers and determine repair procedures.
3. Maintaining payment vouchers as per specification of Labour Department.
4. Inspecting facilities periodically to determine problems and necessary maintenance.
5. Preparing weekly maintenance schedules and allocates work.
6. Has worked and have knowledge of Civil Construction, Sports ground Maintenance, Plantation, Building & Furniture Repairing. Manage repairing work done by agencies.
7. Reporting of work carried out through DTRs (Daily Task Reports) and MTRs (Monthly Task Reports).

CTC : 25000 to 30000 pm



SECURITY INCHARGE


Qualification:
Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Ex-Serviceman with good Surveillance Skills, Deals with Uncertainty, Judgment, Objectivity, Safety Management, Reporting Skills.

Experience:
At least 2-3 years as Security Manager in any school or organization.

Job Description:
1. Secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; manages security guards; monitoring CCTV surveillance equipment and reporting daily; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry/exit of goods/service personnel.
2. Visitor Management.
3. Staff Supervision, Drivers & Cleaners Alcohol test, Police Verification documentation, vehicle inspection, etc
4. Complete reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.
5. Reporting of work carried out through DTRs (Daily Task Reports) and MTRs (Monthly Task Reports).

CTC : 30000 to 35000 pm



IT INCHARGE


Qualification:
Graduate/ Post Graduate/ Proficient in Hardware Management, Networking and Software installation and Maintenance, Manage Smart Class and troubleshooting day to day hardware issues. Website and School Management Software.

Experience:
At least 3 years as an IT Manager in any school or organization.

Job Description:
1. Manage School Computer Hardware, Troubleshoot day to day hardware issues.
2. Manage Smart Classes.
3. Installation of hardware and software.
4. Website updations.
5. Social Media Management.
6. School Management Software Management.
7. Take regular Backup of Data

LIAISON INCHARGE


Qualification:
Graduate/ Post Graduate to coordinate with Government organizations/agencies/department for related matters with excellent verbal and written communication skills, Self-motivated with a willingness to take initiative and solve complex problems. Good Computer Knowledge.

Experience:
At least 2 years as Liaison Manager in any school or organization.

Job Description:
1. Effective Liaisoning/coordination between the school and Government Departments, Organisations, Agencies & Authorities for compliance of various issues/matters related to school.
2. Expertise in securing mandatory approvals from regulatory authorities, Government organizations and Education Departments.
3. Coordination and liaisoning with Govt. offices for approval and clearances.
4. Renewal of Certificates, Court cases Supervision.

VICE PRINCIPAL ( FEMALE )


Qualification:
Post Graduate with B.Ed / M.Ed with excellent management skills, communication skills, fluency in English Language, Computer working knowledge with pleasant and decent personality.

Experience:
A minimum experience of 7 years in teaching line and 3 years as a Vice Principal / Head Mistress / HOD in a reputed CBSE / ICSE Affiliated School.

Job Description:
1. To assist the Principal in matters of academic coordination, preparation of time table, coordination of subject committee meetings, scrutiny of students written work and assignments, coordination of the school examinations.
2. To organize various co-curricular activities of the school.
3. To develop and organize school resources like library, laboratories, teaching aids.
4. Assist Principal in conducting physical verification of school property.
5. To exercise certain administrative powers assigned to her when the Principal is either on leave or away from school on duty.
6. Plan academic programs for Schools in discussion with Principal and Management as per guidelines of CBSE.
