FEE PAYMENT


The online and offline fee payment facility is available in HDFC Bank and ICICI Bank. You have the option to pay school fees and conveyance fee online or offline at HDFC Bank or ICICI Bank as per your choice. You can make online payment through net banking/IMPS/RTGS /NEFT or offline payment through cash/cheque/DD/PO by following the procedure given below:



ONLINE FEE PAYMENT



  1. Click on HDFC Bank Logo.
  2. Fill in the admission number.
  3. All the due fees will be reflected on the screen, please select the appropriate fee.
  4. Click on “Proceed” tab for payment.
  5. On next page click on “Pay Now” for payment.
  6. On next page choose method of payment (Net Banking / Debit Card/Credit Card).
  7. Click on “Proceed” and to payment gateway and pay the dues. The receipt will be generated and the same can be printed or saved for future reference.


OFFLINE FEE PAYMENT

  1. Walk into branch of HDFC bank with admission number of your child. A payment challan will be generated showing amount due for payment. You can pay due amount through cash/cheque/DD/PO and get receipt of payment from branch.

NOTE
  1. All parents will receive a SMS at the beginning of every month, which contains a link for Fee payment. While clicking on the link, Parents will be routed to the payment page, where they need to mention admission no. to make the fee payments.
  2. If any parent does not receive a SMS (which contains Payment link) at the beginning of the month because of any technical or other reason than even he has to pay dues of their ward/s before due date as per procedures given above in online/offline mode of payment.
  3. Any change in mobile number has to be informed in writing to the school.
  4. Parents should save admission number of their child for the purpose of payment of school fees.
  5. If parent is making payment through other bank cheque (other than HDFC Bank) then he/she needs to carry challan in two copies.

  7. For any query related to fee payment, you may contact at School Phone no 0751 - 2449440, 2634101 and Mobile No 9425114004, 7770974364 during school hours.
  8. If parents are not able to make payment through online payment mode because of any network error or other technical error then they have to pay fee dues through offline payment mode before due date. The management of the school will not be responsible in any way for the same.


ONLINE FEE PAYMENT



  1. Click on ICICI Bank Logo
  2. Search by either School Name or Mobile Number on this page.
  3. Fill in the admission number and the mobile number and the student name.
  4. For all mode of search a OTP will be sent immediately to that mobile number.
  5. Feed that OTP in the required field and the page will display total fee dues.
  6. Click on “Proceed” tab for payment.
  7. On next page click on “PAY Now” for payment.
  8. On next page choose method of payment (Net Banking/IMPS/ RTGS/NEFT/CHQ/DD/PO).
  9. Click on “Proceed” and to payment gateway and pay the dues. The receipt will be generated and the same can be printed or saved for future reference.
  10. On next page choose method of payment (Net Banking/IMPS/ RTGS/NEFT/CHQ/DD/PO).
  11. Click on “Proceed” and to payment gateway and pay the dues. The receipt will be generated and the same can be printed or saved for future reference.


OFFLINE FEE PAYMENT

  1. Walk into branch of ICICI bank with admission number of your child. A payment challan will be generated showing amount due for payment. You can pay due amount through cash/cheque/DD/PO and get receipt of payment from branch. Or
  2. You can generate a transaction ID by following steps 1-10 as given above in online mode of payment. Transaction ID appearing on the top of the page has to be noted along with total dues. Walk in to the branch of ICICI bank with transaction ID, the branch will provide you the receipt on your depositing cash/cheque/DD/PO. Or Or
  3. If you are interested and have accessibility to the printer then you can generate printout of the challan by following steps 1-10 given above in online mode of payment and walk in to the branch of ICICI bank with the challan for payment of dues and get the receipt of payment from branch on depositing cash/cheque/DD/PO.

NOTE
  1. All parents will receive a unique transaction ID and total fee due on their mobile number (as per school record) at the beginning of every month. Please save this transaction ID for all modes of payment.
  2. If any parent does not receive transaction ID on mobile number at the beginning of the month because of any technical or other reason then even he has to pay dues of their child before due date as per procedures given above in online/offline mode of payment.
  3. Any change in mobile number has to be informed in writing to the school.
