*Let’s Connect With Teens*

On January 11,2025, *Gwalior Glory High School* organised a session on how to *manage emotions and stress* for adolescents of class VIII. The session was led by Dr Sunita Prasad, Professor Pediatrics, GR Medical College, Dr Pratibha Dhir, Senior pediatric consultant, Dhir Clinic,Dr Avadhesh Verma, Assistant professor GRMC , Secretary Gwalior , who through their session, helped adolescent students to learn how to cope with the pressures of academic and personal life. The session aimed to equip students with effective stress management techniques and promote overall well-being witnessing active participation from the students who engaged enthusiastically in the discussions.

Overall the session was informative, by engaging, and helpful in providing practical stress management tips and techniques to promote overall well being of glorians.
