Heartfulness Relaxation & Meditation Programme A 3-day Heartfulness Relaxation & Meditation Programme was conducted for the teachers and staff by Dr Harsh Sukhwaani, Senior Eye Specialist & Surgeon & A Certified Meditation Trainer in Heartfulness Institute, imparting Meditation training to seekers under the Supervision of Global Guide of Heartfulness. The sessions introduced simple meditation practices to promote inner calm, self-awareness, and emotional well-being. Teachers also explored techniques to reduce stress, enhance focus, and cultivate a balanced and mindful approach to personal and professional life. Together, we continue to nurture well-being, because empowered educators inspire empowered learners.  

Cyber Security Awareness Programme To promote safe and responsible digital practices, the school organised an engaging Cyber Security Awareness Programme for students. The session was led by Additional Superintendent of Police, Mr. Sujawal Jagga, along with officials from the Police Department, who highlighted the growing threat of cybercrime and shared practical tips to stay safe from online fraud, fake job offers, phishing links, social media misuse, and banking scams. Students were also informed about the National Cyber Crime Helpline (1930) for reporting cyber fraud. The interactive session encouraged students to ask questions and empowered them to become responsible and vigilant digital citizens.  

Bharatiya Bhasha Summer Camp 2026  Promoting the spirit of “Learn One More Bharatiya Bhasha” under NEP 2020, the Bharatiya Bhasha Summer Camp 2026 was conducted for students of Classes I to IX from 24th–29th June 2026. Through engaging and interactive sessions, students explored eight Indian languages—Sindhi, Punjabi, Telugu, Malayalam, Kashmiri, Tamil, Bengali, and Nepali—fostering multilingualism, cultural appreciation, and national integration. 🌟 Celebrating India’s linguistic diversity, one language at a time  

👩‍🏫 Faculty Development Programme 📚 As part of the Faculty Development Programme, teachers participated in two enriching sessions on 27th June 2026. 🗣️ Ms. Smriti Khare conducted a session on “Effective Communication Skills,” while 👂 Ms. Suman Sikarwar led an insightful session on “Speaking vs. Listening.” The sessions highlighted the importance of clear communication and active listening in building meaningful classroom relationships and enhancing teaching effectiveness. Through practical strategies and engaging discussions, educators gained valuable insights for creating more impactful learning experiences.
