In December 2017 , a survey was done by Gwalior Municipal Corporation in the schools of the city on parameters of cleanliness and hygiene maintained in their premises. Gwalior Glory High School has secured 1st position in the initiative. The school has been acknowledged for its endeavours related to creating awareness and conducting activities to contribute towards the Swachh Bharat Mission. Regular sessions by experts associated with the cause, rallies, street plays and movies are the various modes through which the consciousness is being raised by the students in the community. The award was presented by Hon’ble Mayor of Gwalior, Shri Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar to the Principal of the institution, Dr. Rajeshwari Sawant.
