Faculty Development Programme 🎓✨

A Faculty Development Programme was conducted at Gwalior Glory High School on 23rd June, 2026 on the topic “Design Thinking.” The session was led by a highly experienced Soft Skills Specialist, Career Coach, Emotional Well-being Expert, and Corporate Trainer with over 25 years of experience in education and counselling.

Through interactive discussions and engaging activities, teachers explored innovative problem-solving strategies, empathy-driven learning, creativity, and collaboration. 💡🤝 The workshop encouraged educators to adopt learner-centric approaches and foster critical thinking skills in the classroom.
