👩‍🏫 Faculty Development Programme 📚

As part of the Faculty Development Programme, teachers participated in two enriching sessions on 27th June 2026.

🗣️ Ms. Smriti Khare conducted a session on “Effective Communication Skills,” while 👂 Ms. Suman Sikarwar led an insightful session on “Speaking vs. Listening.”

The sessions highlighted the importance of clear communication and active listening in building meaningful classroom relationships and enhancing teaching effectiveness. Through practical strategies and engaging discussions, educators gained valuable insights for creating more impactful learning experiences.
