I am Aishwarya Singh, alumni of Gwalior Glory High School batch of 2011. I am an Advocate practising in the High Court of Madhya Pradesh, Principal seat at Jabalpur, from past 8 years. I am also a standing counsel for the State Information Commission, Rani Durgavati Vishwavidyalaya, Jawaharlal Nehru krishi Vishwavidyalaya along with being a Panel Lawyer representing the State of Madhya Pradesh.
I strongly believe the school plays an important role in developing one’s personality and character. In my case, I accredit all my achievements to GGHS family. Starting as a fairly timid child, the school groomed me to become a confident young adult.
It was more than just a place of academic learning; it was a nurturing ground where values, discipline, and resilience were instilled in me. The teachers fostered a sense of curiosity and encouraged me to think critically, helping me to develop a love for learning that extends beyond textbooks.
The co- curricular activities and the exposure to national and international competitions and events were a boost to my personality. Whether it was participating in sports, cultural events, or debates, each experience contributed to building my confidence and interpersonal skills.
The school’s emphasis on ethics and empathy helped me grow as a compassionate and considerate individual. It taught me the value of integrity, respect for others, and the significance of contributing positively to society.
Today, I carry these lessons with me, and they continue to guide my decisions and actions in every aspect of my life.
