*Learning outcomes and Pedagogies*

Education is the passport to the future, tomorrow belongs to those who prepare for it today.

An enriching workshop on *Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies* was conducted at *Gwalior Glory High School* aiming to improve the quality of education for the students and promoting best ideas and practices to collectively improve teaching standards. It was a comprehensive session conducted by the Vice Principal of the school, Ms. Shikha Sharma highlighting the points such as the Importance of Learning Outcomes and Pedagogies, the Format of learning outcomes using Bloom’s Taxonomy, Learning Objectives, Types of Assessments, Smart goals etc.. She also emphasized the importance of setting clear, measurable learning outcomes to guide teaching practices and enhance students’ achievement.

The workshop focused on enhancing teachers’ understanding that if a well-thought pedagogy is implemented in the classrooms, the quality of education can show a new drastic improvement.

Ms. Sharma’s engaging and interactive approach ensured that everyone actively involve in discussions and activities and derive maximum benefit from the session.
