Let’s Connect with Teens

On April 8, 2025, Gwalior Glory High School organised a session on Dimensions of Wellness for adolescents of class VI. The session was led by Dr Sandhya Ahuja, M D (Pediatrics), AHA Treasurer Gwalior and Dr Pratibha Dhir, MBBS DCH, AHA President Gwalior, Ex Senior Consultant Pediatrics (BIMR). The session aimed at introducing students to the concept of wellness and its various dimensions, promoting a holistic approach to health and well being.  The session provided students with a comprehensive understanding of the importance of wellness in their lives.

Overall, the entire session was quite engaging.  It helped students to gain valuable insights and practical strategies for promoting their overall well-being.
