Career Counseling Session-Stream Selection After Class X
“The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.” An insightful Career Counseling Session was held on April 7, 2025, at GGHS, on the topic “Stream Selection After Class X.” The session was conducted by Mr. Darpan Dixit, a distinguished alumnus of IIM Kozhikode and a mentor at Toprankers- Legal Edge in Gwalior. Its objective was to guide students through the often complex process of making informed career decisions. Mr. Dixit stressed the importance of time management and strategic planning in achieving one’s career aspirations. He emphasized the need to understand personal interests and aptitudes, as well as the crucial role of thoughtful planning in shaping a successful future. During the session, students were introduced to a variety of competitive exams, such as CUET, CAT, IPM, CLAT, NID, and NIFT, among others. Mr. Dixit also shared key traits for success, including the importance of maintaining a positive mindset, practicing gratitude, developing patience, working efficiently, and, most importantly, learning from mistakes. Glorians actively participated in the discussion. The session was immensely enriching, and Mr. Dixit concluded by wishing the students a bright and successful future. Secondary School Model UNESCO International Conference on Smart & Sustainable Cities
Gwalior Glory High School Goes Global! A proud moment for Gwalior Glory High School as 28 students from the school participated in the 2025 Secondary School Model UNESCO International Conference on Smart & Sustainable Cities, held virtually on April 5–6, 2025. Hosted by the UNESCO Hong Kong Association and the HK Institute of Education for Sustainable Development Sponsored by Bank of China (Hong Kong) 400 participants from 15+ countries Key Focus Areas: United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (UNSDGs) Smart Cities Development Carbon Neutrality & Emerging Energy Sources Urban Planning & Civil Engineering Media & Information Literacy (MIL) Keynote Spotlight: Dr. Alton Grizzle (UNESCO Paris) delivered an inspiring address on “MILTIVERSE: Youth Constructing MIL Cities”. Our students not only showcased their ideas but also connected with global peers, gaining meaningful insights and inspiration to help build a smarter, more sustainable world.

First Day of School Classes I To V
Welcome Back – First Day of School GGHS is thrilled to welcome the students back for a new academic year, which started from 3rd April,2025 with a hope that it would be filled with learning, growth, and new beginnings. The first day of school is always a special time—full of excitement, curiosity, and anticipation. The teachers and staff were delighted to see the smiling faces of returning students and to meet the newest members of the school family. It started with a welcome song in the assembly followed by various fun activities and games such as colouring, dancing, singing, floor games which engaged students and made them comfortable with new teachers and peer group. Induction Program – “Collaborative Conclave”
Induction Program – “Collaborative Conclave” The school hosted the Collaborative Conclave, an induction program curated especially for the new admissions. The event aimed at providing parents and students with a comprehensive overview in functioning of the school, including academic schedules, uniform protocols, assessment methods, and co-curricular engagements. To foster a welcoming environment, a variety of interactive activities such as block printing, leaf design, shape pattern creation, and tattoo art were thoughtfully arranged for both parents and children. First Day For Classes VII To XII
A Fresh Start: First Day of the New Session 2025-26 As the school gates opened for the new academic session 2025-26 on 1st April, the campus buzzed with excitement and enthusiasm. Students, eager to reunite with friends and teachers, filled the corridors with cheerful chatter and warm greetings. To mark the beginning of this new journey, a special assembly was held, where the Vice Principal, Ms Shikha Sharma, addressed the students. She motivated them to embrace learning with curiosity, set new goals, and make the most of the opportunities that lay ahead. Her words inspired everyone to step into the new session with positivity and determination. The day was made even more special with fun-filled games and engaging activities in classroom. Report day Class I to V
GGHS celebrated Reports Day on 1st April with vibrant performances, including a melodious song, a soothing instrumental, and a lively Indo-Western dance, showcasing students’ creativity and talent. Trophies were awarded by Principal Dr. Rajeshwari Sawant, Vice Principal Ms. Shikha Sharma, and Academic Coordinator Ms. Shalini Malik for excellence in academics and co-curricular activities. Encouragement Awards were also presented by class teachers to appreciate students’ consistent efforts. The event reflected a joyful celebration of growth, achievement, and encouragement at GGHS.

Orientation Programme for Teachers
Orientation Programme for New Teachers at GGHS Gwalior Glory High School recently conducted an Orientation Programme to seamlessly integrate new teachers into the school’s academic framework. The session provided valuable insights into classroom management, discipline protocols, attendance & examination procedures, lesson planning and school policies. Through interactive discussions, the new teachers gained a comprehensive understanding of the school’s structure, expectations, and teaching methodologies. The programme equipped them with the knowledge and confidence to cultivate an engaging and well-organized learning environment. Parents’ Induction Programme
Parents’ Induction Programme at Gwalior Glory High School Gwalior Glory High School extended a warm welcome to the parents of newly enrolled students from Classes VI to X, at the Parents’ Induction Programme, designed to provide a comprehensive insight into the school’s academic, co-scholastic, and technical domains. The session began with an inspiring welcome address by the Principal, Dr. Rajeshwari Sawant, setting the stage for meaningful discussions. This was followed by informative briefings from the Academic Coordinators (VI–VIII & IX–X), Co-Scholastic Coordinator, and System Coordinator, emphasizing the school’s holistic approach towards education. The Query Sorting session encouraged open discussions, addressing parents’ queries with clarity and confidence. The programme concluded on a gracious note with a vote of thanks by the Vice Principal, reaffirming the school’s commitment to a strong parent-school partnership and an enriching learning experience for every student. Reports Day
Gwalior Glory High School honoured students for their Scholastic and Co-scholastic excellence. Director Ms. Anita Wadhwani and Principal Dr. Rajeshwari Sawant presented awards to the meritorious students. Class teachers also rewarded students in their respective classes. The event showcased a variety of cultural performances, including a group song, a group dance, an orchestra, a traditional folk dance from Bengal, and a vibrant Bihu dance performance.
