Water Conservation Awareness Initiative

Water Conservation Awareness Initiative Gwalior Glory High School actively observed Jal Pakhwada through a series of awareness activities promoting water conservation. The initiative began with a Jal Shapath, followed by electronic awareness messages on the school website. Meetings PTA members were conducted to highlight the importance of saving water. Students participated in competitions like debates and quizzes, along with community engagement activities to spread awareness. Seminars on water-borne diseases and hygiene were also organized. The programme concluded with a prize distribution ceremony, encouraging active participation from students, teachers, and parents. The activities collectively reinforced the message: Save Water Today, Secure Tomorrow. 💧🌍

Adolescents Counselling Session ‘Helping young minds navigate challenges today, so they grow stronger and wiser tomorrow’ Gwalior Glory High School hosted an insightful and engaging counseling session for its senior students as they embark on the exciting journey of their teenage years. Two distinguished Guest Experts were invited to lead the session Dr. Pratibha Dhir, Senior Consulting Pediatrician and President of the Adolescent Health Academy, and Dr. Sandhya Ahuja, Child Specialist and Pediatrician – both renowned voices in the field of adolescent well-being. Dr. Pratibha Dhir opened the session by guiding students through the nuances of stress and how to identify it, understanding its positive and negative effects, and exploring the key causes of stress among adolescents. The session was then seamlessly carried forward by Dr. Sandhya Ahuja, who delved deeper into coping strategies tailored to the challenges most commonly faced during the teenage years. The Glorians engaged with curiosity and enthusiasm, eager to understand not only how stress shapes their teenage experience, but also how to rise above it and truly become the best versions of themselves.

Self-belief and hard work will always lead you to success An enriching Career Counseling Session on *“Exploring Career Paths After Class X”* was held on April 10, 2026, at GGHS. The session was led by Mr. Darpan Dixit, an IIM Kozhikode alumnus and mentor at Toprankers, Gwalior. He guided students on making informed career choices, emphasizing time management, self-awareness, and strategic planning. He highlighted the importance of understanding one’s interests and aptitudes while fostering positivity, patience, gratitude, and learning from mistakes. ✨ Reports Day Celebration 2026✨ The school proudly celebrated Reports Day on 31st March 2026 for Classes VI to IX & XI, and on 1st April 2026 for Classes I to IV. The occasion was marked by recognising students for their Scholastic Achievements and Outstanding Performances across various domains including Sports, Art, Technical Skills, Dance, Music, Quiz, and Literary Activities (Hindi & English). Trophies were awarded by Ms. Anita Wadhwani (School Director), Dr Rajeshwari Sawant (Principal), and Ms. Shikha Sharma (Vice Principal) for excellence in academics and co-curricular activities. Class teachers also presented Encouragement Awards to appreciate students’ consistent efforts.
