Namaskar, I am Aayush Bhatnagar, an alumnus of Class of 2019 and I proudly carry my identity as a student of Gwalior Glory High School wherever I go.

Currently, I am associated with a corporate law firm in Noida, where I practice as an Associate in the Equity Capital Markets space. I graduated in 2025 with a B.A. LL.B. (Honors) from Amity Law School, Amity University, Noida, with a specialization in Business and Banking Laws. Since then, I have been engaged in advising the clients on the Initial Public Offering (IPO) and various other equity issuances, and transactional matters.

Long before statutes, laws, regulations became part of my daily life, my school has taught me the nuances of integrity and clarity of thought. My teachers did far more than impart academic instructions, they encouraged my intellectual curiosity and instilled the confidence to question and reason with clarity – skills that continues to define my professional life.

Throughout my schooling, I remained actively associated with sports, which played a significant role in shaping my character and outlook. Participation in sports instilled in me discipline, teamwork, and the ability to perform under pressure—values that extend far beyond the field.

I remain eternally grateful and immensely proud to be an alumnus of this distinguished institution.
